End-User License Agreement (EULA) — BetterBod

This EULA governs the licensed use of the BetterBod software.
1. License
We grant a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use BetterBod.
2. Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer BetterBod
- Use the app for medical or clinical purposes
- Rely on predictions for health decisions
- Upload harmful or illegal content
3. AI Outputs
AI-generated outputs:
- Are informational only
- May be inaccurate
- Must not be used for medical or health decision-making
4. No Warranty
The app is provided "as is," without warranty of:
- Accuracy
- Fitness for purpose
- Reliability
- Results
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Health changes
- Incorrect AI outputs
- Challenge-related injuries
- Data loss
- Damages of any kind
6. Termination
We may terminate access for violation of this EULA.
